Data for the meta-analysis comparing environmental, primary productivity and food availability parameters were collected from many sources that cover multiple spatial and temporal scales. The table below describes these data.

Temperature (as an indicator of water mass) variation from Sep 2011-Sep 2012 at the sites of POM sampling. Data loggers were attached to a subsurface buoy at ~6m below MLLW and measured temperature hourly.

Aragonite saturation state calculated from Alkalinity-salinity relationship for FHL and durafet pH measurements. Each point represents hourly measurement during spring and summer.
